Delete your account and data
In-app account deletion is not available yet. Email us from the address
on the account and we delete it. This page is the request path shown on
Google Play.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@bedtimewithstories.com from the same email you use to sign in.
- Use the subject line: Delete Bedtime Stories account.
- Write that you want the account and all associated data deleted.
We complete the request within 30 days. You will get a short confirmation email when it is done.
What we delete
- Your sign-in account (email / Firebase Auth user)
- Account settings (language, bedtime reminder, subscription tier we stored)
- Child profiles (name, age, interests, values, narrator choice)
- Parent voice clones at ElevenLabs (and any leftover voice-sample files)
- Generated stories (text and audio files)
- Favorites and other library metadata
What we may keep, and for how long
- Google Play / RevenueCat purchase records stay with Google and RevenueCat as required for billing, taxes, and refunds. We cannot erase a store receipt. Cancel the subscription in Google Play if it is still active.
- If the law requires us to keep a record of the deletion request itself (the email and the date we processed it), we keep that for up to 12 months, then remove it.
- If you asked us to delete the account by email, we also delete matching Instant Voice Clones in the ElevenLabs dashboard. Until in-app account deletion exists, that step is done by hand when we process the request.
